Different platforms require different types of images. This is set in the onboarding phase.

An image has different properties.

Format: JPEG, PSD, TIFF and more. We recommend JPEG.

Resolution: width and height, Use a high resolution, the system will be able to scale down the image if requier and if the platform would change the resolution to higher you will be ready for that if high resolution files have been used from start.

Aspect ratio: With/hight. Example 1920×1080 = 1,7778

Language: used if different images are used for different regions.

Validation: When a new image have been uploaded the system will check the properties of the image according to the specification set in Content / Image typs. If the validation is not passed the system will show the error in red.
