In Delta you will find 4 task to do before the asset is ready to be exported. The tasks needs to be set for Info, Image, Subtitle and media. Each task can be set to

To do: The work has not started

In progress: Work has started but not finished

On hold: To paus the work

Problem: Something is not right

Done: Every thing is done and confirmed

When “On hold” or “Problem is used we recommend you to add a comment below the status bar to inform the other users why the task is not ready.

Filter the tasks by selecting the status for each task

When all 4 tasks are set to done the system will enable the export of the asset.
